The Global Chief of Staff Dialogue is the world’s largest in-person conference for chiefs of staff, held over two days with keynote presentations, breakout sessions and a gala dinner. It gathers hundreds of chiefs of staff from dozens of countries, representing multiple industries and companies. Like Davos for global leaders, the Dialogue offers chiefs of staff a forum to define best practices and collectively scan the horizon for emerging opportunities and threats.COS24 Seattle
The inaugural Global Chief of Staff Dialogue - COS24 - convened 150 chiefs of staff for two days of immersive learning, peer-driven problem solving and strategic networking. Designed by chiefs of staff for chiefs of staff, it laid the foundation for what has become the profession’s defining annual conference.
COS25 Seattle
Building on that momentum, COS25 expanded to three days and welcomed over 270 chiefs of staff from over 20 countries. With 35+ sessions spanning interactive workshops, real-world case clinics and focused peer exchanges, attendees left equipped with immediately actionable frameworks and an ever-growing global network.
COS26 Boston
After doubling attendance twice, COS26 will be our boldest dialogue yet, a multi-day gathering of 200 + chiefs of staff from Fortune 500s, governments, the military, diplomacy, tech and family offices. We’re inviting a limited number of sponsors to co-design the agenda, placing their brands at the centre of this pivotal global conversation and shaping the profession’s future.
